It's time to cross off some items from your holiday shopping list!

We are hosting our annual Christmas Arts Bazaar on November 16 filled with enticing and original local art, craft, jewelry, and giftware. Come browse a wonderful collection of jewelry, functional ceramics, stocking stuffers, holiday cards and so much more for your special someones. 


Please note: submitting this form is an application only and does not guarantee you a space at the event. To be considered, all information must be filled out completely and accurately. Incomplete applications may delay the process. Based on your details, we’ll do our best to allocate space as fairly as possible. Only successful applicants will be contacted with scheduling information and a contract offer.
Artisans participating in at The Carrot Christmas Arts Bazaar are responsible for running their table and managing their sales. We welcome a wide range of mediums, including oil and acrylic paintings, watercolours, mixed media, digital art, sculptures, drawings, photography, fibre arts, pottery, silversmithing, jewelry, glasswork, printmaking, caricatures, portraits, handmade clothing, and upcycled vintage creations. Handmade skin and beauty products are also welcome, provided they are government-approved.

The event will take place at The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse (9351-118 Ave.) Tables and chairs will be provided. There is an extra $20 fee should you require electricity.

Event Schedule & Logistics

Load-In:

  • Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025

  • Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Location: The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse (west side parking access)

  • All vendors must also arrive by 8:30 AM on Saturday, November 15, 2025.

Early arrival before designated times is not permitted.

Load-Out:

  • All vendor merchandise must be cleared from the venue by 4:30 PM on Saturday, November 15, 2025.

  • Any items left behind will be removed at the owner's expense.

Vendor Fee & Payment

Pitch Fee:

  • Deposit: CAD $100.00

  • Full Fee (incl. tax): CAD $105.00

Your participation is not confirmed until payment has been received.
All fees are due by Saturday, November 15, 2025.
Payment can be made at The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse or via the Arts on the Ave merchant platform using Debit, Visa, or Mastercard.

Late Payments:
If payment is more than 24 hours overdue after notification, your spot may be forfeited.
