Vendor Application Form - Kaleido Festival 2025 -

ARTISAN VILLAGE APPLICATION FORM • KALEIDO 2025

Kaleido Family Arts Festival 2025 is now accepting applications!
Join us September 5–7, 2025 for a vibrant celebration of creativity and community!

Please note: submitting this form is an application only and does not guarantee you a space in the festival. To be considered, all information must be filled out completely and accurately. Incomplete applications may delay the process. Based on your details, we’ll do our best to allocate space as fairly as possible. Only successful applicants will be contacted with scheduling information and a contract offer.

Kaleido Family Arts Festival runs rain or shine, so get ready for a weekend full of artistic energy, no matter the weather!

Artisans participating in our Artisan Village are responsible for running their table and managing their sales. We welcome a wide range of mediums, including oil and acrylic paintings, watercolours, mixed media, digital art, sculptures, drawings, photography, fibre arts, pottery, silversmithing, jewelry, glasswork, printmaking, caricatures, portraits, handmade clothing, and upcycled vintage creations. Handmade skin and beauty products are also welcome, provided they are government-approved.

A small number of prepared food vendors will be accepted as long as their products are made in a commercial facility and meet all Alberta Health Services guidelines.

All artisans and vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, tent (CAN/ULC-S109-03 rated), tent weights, and display equipment. Power will be available on-site. If you’re interested, ask us about the option to keep your tent set up throughout the weekend.

We can’t wait to see the creativity you bring to Kaleido 2025!
