Event Participation:

As a participating pumpkin carver at The Headless Carrot Halloween Party, you will be required to:

Provide three (3) pumpkins prior to the event.
Participate in a live pumpkin carving demonstration during the event (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
Be responsible for your own setup and teardown.
Create content that is appropriate for a family-friendly, all-ages audience.
Promote your participation by making at least three (3) social media posts before and during the event.
Submit this completed form by the deadline: Friday, October 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM MDT.
